Setup Inbox
Once you’ve subscribed you will be able to setup your inbox. Click the ‘Create Inbox’ link on the side menu OR if you’re on the dashboard click the ‘Create Your Inbox’ button.

The fields required are:
Inbox Name - A descriptive name for the inbox
Email Address - Your email address that will be forwarded into this inbox
Emson Email Address - The email address you can forward contact or support emails to
Fill in the fields and click ‘Create Inbox’.
If you want to change anything you can see you inbox from menu option ‘Configure->Inboxes’.

Click the pencil to load up the inbox configuration screen. These are the options available.

Clicking the ‘Inbox Details’ option allows you to change the name and addresses.

Once the inbox is created if you send an email to the Emson Email Address that message will appear within the system.
You can also forward emails sent to your Email Address to the Emson Email Address and they will appear too. Replying to emails can be done from within the system and will allow other users to see what’s been discussed. See What is an Inbox?.
